- Never wear street shoes on the mats
- Wear deodorant
- Wash your workout attire
- No political or offensive imagery on T-shirts
- Bring a small towel if you sweat a lot
- Do not strike the wall mats (they are for safety, not striking)
- Communicate clearly with your partner any injuries you have
- When learning a new exercise start slow and gradually increase speed
- All cuts must be bandaged immediately
