Beginning in the New Year, we’re adding two new entries to the weekly Krav Maga schedule:
- Krav Maga Fundamentals Workshop, Tuesdays @ 7:30pm.
This is a 30-minute block in which students can get extra assistance and training time with the fundamental curriculum. Instructors will be on hand to answer questions and give individual attention. - Krav Maga Advanced Training, Thursdays @ 7:30pm.
This is a 30-minute block in which Advanced students can participate in higher-intensity drills following the 6:30pm Fundamentals class. The block is supervised, but no formal instruction is given. Consider it a “bonus” workout.
