The Academy will be closed December 24 through January 1. Hope you have a safe and happy holiday!

Unfortunately, ’tis once again the season to remind everyone to bring DRY, CLEAN shoes to class. Not only does it keep the mats clean, but it minimizes the danger of someone slipping. While you may invite the opportunity to train some impromptu fall breaks, your classmates might not!
