This week’s scenario will be…
Training in the Out-of-Doors!
Come in street clothes, bring a coat.
A few reasons for this kind of training:
- Training in street clothes, especially bulky jackets, will feel much different than your comfy Krav gear. Which are you more likely to be wearing if you need to defend yourself?
- Once you leave the mats, the surfaces are much less forgiving. While we don’t aim to directly demonstrate this with fall breaks on the asphalt, it will be apparent quickly enough!
- If it’s cold, your fingers aren’t going too work to well! A perfect display of gross vs. fine motor movements.
