There will be a Basic Gun Defense Seminar on Saturday, May 7, from 1:00 to 4:00pm. This course will cover defenses and disarms for basic hand gun threats. The seminar is open to all adult students and the general public. The cost is $60 and space is limited to 14 participants.

We’re launching our new Women’s Fitness Kickboxing class next week Monday, Jan 4, with a FREE TRIAL CLASS!
The class will be held every Monday and Wednesday morning at 9:30am.
