This week’s scenario will be…
You’ve been attacked while sitting in a chair. The chair’s tipped over, and now you must fight from the ground.

I really like the idea of this scenarios class, so I want to provide what I have come up with after a brief brainstorm. Feel free to modify (or mock or shake your head) at my ideas:
-Techniques while in a closed / confined space, where one cannot simply run away, or possibly not even circle around or step too far in one direction. For example — in an elevator, in a small stairwell, trapped between parked vehicles while unloading groceries, in a restroom, etc.
-Techniques when seated… in a car. One might be buckled up, though you do not exactly have the freedom of immediate movement when you are in a passenger vehicle.
-Techniques for times when we might not be able to use one of our arms (or even have full use of legs). Whether we suffer from an injury, a physical disability, or even an unexpected attack when we might have one (or both) hands occupied, there are situations when one cannot always do what the typical krav move might be.
-Low light krav. Not only might our techniques be needed in darkness, but we might face partial/temporary blindness during an attack.
-Facing 2 (or more) attackers. I see occasional tips for this, but more detail would be nice.
-Any sort of weapons scenarios. Maybe even some expansion on the use of our own weapon if we have one (or can improvise on the fly ). Even if actual weapons techniques are not taught, it would be nice to know ways to set up an appropriate time to reach for/draw one’s own weapon in the middle of a fight.
More to come if I think of anything else…

Those are all great suggestions, Dan. Consider them entered in the queue.
