Backpack! Backpack!
How about a necktie? Or is the defense simply switching to a clip-on or a bow tie?
A lot of law enforcement agencies require uniformed officers/agents to wear clip-ons for that very reason! The best defense would be very much like our defenses against pulls and the “garrotte”, which we also did on Saturday.
